Job Title: Credit Management Officer

Location: Darwin City
Pay Rate: $48.05 per hour
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Full-time)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Credit Management Officer to join our clients team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a clear, confident phone presence.

As a Credit Management Officer, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone to:

• Make payment reminder calls
• Arrange payment plans
• Process payments over the phone

While experience in finance or accounting is not required, the role does require someone who is comfortable interacting with customers, handling sensitive information, and resolving issues efficiently.
