Enterprise Program Management Specialist - NT

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented EPMO Specialist to support enterprise-wide project reporting, data analysis, and investment portfolio insights. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing and collaborative team driving strategic outcomes across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate data exchange between EPMO, Project Managers, and stakeholders through one-on-one meetings, forums, and Steering Committees.
• Deliver data insights and analysis across enterprise project financials and performance.
• Develop scenario-based and “what-if” data models to inform portfolio decision-making.
• Contribute to enterprise investment reporting, including budget tracking and performance metrics.
• Track and monitor enterprise-level KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, governance papers, and related EPMO artefacts.
• Support ongoing updates to EPMO frameworks, tools, and templates.
